The iris damper can be used to control the air volume and measure the circular duct in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The damper ensures a perfect match between a diameter indicator on the handle and an open damper. Due to its design, the damper is fully openable, allowing for duct cleaning after installation.
The iris damper is installed between two ducts according to the installation instructions. After installation, the iris damper can be adjusted to the desired air volume according to the table.
