3.TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1. Acceptance of Orders

Any terms contained in Buyer order, which add to, change or conflict with the terms of a quotation and/or these standard conditions are hereby objected to. Any such proposed terms shall be void and the terms contained in or attached to this sales order confirmation shall constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of the contract between Buyer and Seller and may be modified only in writing.

3.2. Cancellations

Orders are accepted with the understanding that they are not subject to cancellation once a sales order confirmation has been issued. Any order entered on the basis of this agreement shall be subject to changes, specifications or cancellations by Buyer only with Seller written consent and at a charge which Seller shall determine sufficient to indemnify it against loss.

3.3. Delivery

• Time of shipment promised is approximate and is not guaranteed. Seller will make every effort to meet requested deliveries, but Seller shall not be responsible for damages of any kind, due to a delay in shipment or delivery. Free Standard Delivery is available on applicable products only that do not require special transport.
• VentPro will deliver products to the customer after the payment is confirmed
• Delivery will be performed according to order number. Items purchased under the same order number may be shipped separately according to the type of merchandise.
• The product will be delivered to the address, which is specified in the address for delivering the product only, and the delivering address cannot be amended after the confirmation of delivery.
• Reserve the rights to not deliver the product to a P.O.box, the product shall be delivered only to the address clearly specified.
• In case that the product is still not yet received within 5 days after VentPro confirmed the dispatched of the product, please call to notify VentPro
• Inspection of product, please inspect the product immediately upon the receipt of product for your own benefit. In case of any error, please notify VentPro immediately

3.4 Delivery Method

  Normally delivered with truck service to your home or site.

All prices are our retail price and are shown include VAT 7%.

5.Returns

6.Product Descriptions and Color of Picture

VentPro website displays the caption describing the product for part of your such connected websites consideration to purchase the product and service which is unable to warrant the absence of errors. All items purchased from VentPro are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If a product offered by VentPro itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
