This customer has a house that’s located close to the highway and he was because of this concerned about PM 2.5 creeping in to his house. He also wanted to have more oxygen in his bedroom since they were 4 people (two adults and two kids) sleeping there at the time.
To solve these issues we therefore installed our ‘Whole House ERV’ system with an electrostatic filter. The former makes sure that there always is enough oxygen in every room of his house, and the latter makes sure that there is little too non PM 2.5 entering his house.
This customer reached out to us because he desired a fresh and cool indoor air climate. To induce this we created our Whole House ERV package with a cooker hood and comfortable cooling.
The former two (Whole House ERV & cooker hood) makes sure that the indoor air quality is perfectly fresh – this is due to the air exchange and filtration that is taken place – whilst the later (comfortable cooling) makes sure that the whole house has a cool and comfortable temperature as well as it keeps the RH (relative humidity) between 40-60%.
Life One Wireless is a condominium project located in Bangkok and one of their condo owners came to us in need of a properly filtered ventilation system due to the high pollution in the area. The customer was very happy with the improved indoor air quality.
In this condominium we faced the problem of a small sized ceiling. This often occurs since the architect didn’t have duct ventilation in mind. To combat this issue we placed the ducts wisely and used flat silencers.
Whizdom ‘The Forestias project’ is currently being constructed in the purpose of combining a natural way of living with the city life. Clean indoor air is then a natural fundament for this vision. With this in mind they contacted us to help them out with this.
We prepared our ‘Complete ERV’ system for them as this would be the perfect IAQ solution with great longevity and energy recovery, but this idea had to be cut due to a limited budget. We then offered our next best solution, which is ”Wall ERV”. As this fit better with their budget, this got accepted and it’s currently being installed.
Customer in Chiang Mai desired a complete ventilation system. We therefore installed our ‘Whole House ERV’ system where we balance the supplied and extracted air. This assures the residents a constant and balanced airflow.
Customer requested a complete airflow system with integrated cooling. As a result of the request we created our Whole House ERV system and integrated our cooling coil to it. He’s now ensured to have a new set of air every two hours as well as a comfortable level off temperature and humidity inside of his entire house.
The house owner had a problem with high humidity levels and the odor that was created by this.
To reduce the humidity level we installed a cooling coil in our standard ‘Whole House ERV’ system, this also brings him the benefit of a comfortable temperature inside the entire house. This is very appreciated since the need for an air conditioner is lessened greatly.
To make sure that there is enough air in every room of the house, we balanced the supplied and extracted air. You can see the process of this at the right picture below.
The customers are very happy with the installation since the wife’s clothes are completely mold free. This was a problem for them since they live abroad half of the year, and both clothes and furniture are then at risk of mold production due to the high humidity and lack of airflow. This create a very comfortable indoor environment.
