Our client in Bangkok contacted VentPro seeking a complete indoor air quality (IAQ) solution for their 500 m² two-storey villa. The goal was to maintain a healthy, comfortable indoor environment without needing to open windows — even during periods of heavy outdoor pollution, high humidity, or seasonal burning. We designed and installed a Whole-House ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system using the Swegon CASA R15 unit. This advanced solution continuously supplies fresh, filtered outdoor air and exhausts stale indoor air while recovering energy to reduce running costs. The system is equipped with SDK supply diffusers, EXK extract diffusers, Sordo A silencers, and spiral ducting to ensure balanced airflow and low noise. The solution significantly improves indoor air quality by reducing PM2.5 particles, VOCs, and odors, balancing humidity, and preventing condensation and moisture damage. It also reduces the need for mechanical cooling, improves energy efficiency, and ensures a healthier, more comfortable living environment.
