Our client in Bangkok contacted VentPro seeking a complete indoor air quality (IAQ) solution for their 850 m² two-storey villa. Their goal was to maintain a healthy, comfortable living environment without needing to open windows — even during periods of heavy outdoor pollution, high humidity, or seasonal burning. We designed and installed a Whole-House ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilation) system using the Swegon GOLD RX unit, providing balanced supply and exhaust ventilation with high-efficiency energy recovery. The system ensures a continuous flow of filtered outdoor air while expelling stale indoor air, improving air quality, comfort, and overall well-being throughout the home. Thanks to efficient energy recovery, the system reduces moisture and condensation risks, lowers indoor humidity levels, and helps maintain stable indoor conditions all year round — while also reducing the need for mechanical cooling.
