Baann 365 Rama (Bangkok) – Whole House ERV

This customer has a house that’s located close to the highway and he was because of this concerned about PM 2.5 creeping in to his house. He also wanted to have more oxygen in his bedroom since they were 4 people (two adults and two kids) sleeping there at the time.
To solve these issues we therefore installed our ‘Whole House ERV’ system with an electrostatic filter. The former makes sure that there always is enough oxygen in every room of his house, and the latter makes sure that there is little too non PM 2.5 entering his house.
Loch Palm Golf Club (Phuket) – Whole House ERV

The former two (Whole House ERV & cooker hood) makes sure that the indoor air quality is perfectly fresh – this is due to the air exchange and filtration that is taken place – whilst the later (comfortable cooling) makes sure that the whole house has a cool and comfortable temperature as well as it keeps the RH (relative humidity) between 40-60%.

The customers are very happy with the installation since the wife’s clothes are completely mold free. This was a problem for them since they live abroad half of the year, and both clothes and furniture are then at risk of mold production due to the high humidity and lack of airflow. This create a very comfortable indoor environment.

He was also concerned with lowering the PM 2.5 that then was present in his house, and we therefore installed our electrostatic filter. This now makes sure that the air that’s supplied into his house is 95-99% filtered, which in return guarantees WHO’s guideline for PM 2.5.
Natural Hill (Hua Hin) – Whole House ERV

Customer had proper ventilation in his home country and wisely sought out the same in Thailand. There was a clear limit to the budget in this case and certain compromises was therefore made. We did, for example, not use an electrostatic filter and we used Vents ERV instead of Swegons. The indoor air quality is naturally not optimal in this house because of that. But, with that said, our customer was happy and they understood that you get what you pay for.
